- I just helped my daughter purchase a new CR-V from this dealership. I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and this was the best experience by far. <br/><br/>I had done considerable research on compact SUVs and came to the dealership when the new 2012 CR-V was released. I explained to the salesman, Jack, how much trepidation my daughter was facing in buying her first car. He took considerable time listening to me, then going over every detail of the new model. When I brought my daughter to the dealership the following week, Jack again took a great deal of time to listen and explain everything and then take her on an extensive test drive. My daughter made her decision right on the spot and we arrived at a very fair price without haggling.<br/><br/>I have bought my previous cars in the Bronx and lower Westchester. I was surprised at the contrast of finding a dealership with a beautiful showroom and very upbeat atmosphere. It was obvious to me that the owner had invested in the showroom after thinking extensively about how to please customers and make a purchase decision as comfortable as possible.<br/><br/>Of course every purchase has its moments of drama and every new car will have its personality and tweaks. But we left with not only a new CR-V but with the confidence that the dealership will continue to take the very best of care of us.<br/><br/>Both my son and I will be in the market for new cars in a year and I plan to make this dealership my first stop.<br/><br/> -MJ
