- Jack Mizrahi greeted us with charm. He was knowledgeable and explained purchase and leasing options we did not have a grasp of previously. He listened to what we were seeking and explained our choices very well. He made the financial issues clear. The dealership was flexible and accommodating. We drove away with our new car a short while later and look forward to more Hondas in the future because of Jack Mizrahi.

- We came in to buy a pre-owned CRV. There were not many to choose from as apparently they sell fast. Jack was helpful and friendly. Dealership was very busy the day we came in and we had to wait around a bit more that we would have liked. But the sales process went smoothly and the day we picked the car up everything went very quick. -hollahan

- Both Keith and Gustavo were honest, professional and trust-worthy. They treated me with respect and offered me a good deal. Both gentlemen are an asset to the dealership. I plan to recommend my friends and family to both of these individuals. -mbandoo
- We found our car on the web and called to make an appointment to see the car on Sat. between 12-1. We were a little late so called to say it would be more around 1:30. The person we had spoken with turned out to be only a receptionist so was not the salesperson - but we were met by Keith and he found us on the computer. It turned out that in the mean time some other sales person was about to show the car to their customers! When this was discovered, Jonathan, the manager stepped in and said that we had driven 80 miles to look at this car - of course we could look first. Felt bad for these folks but lucky for us. It turned out we were unable to stay long enough, or get the insurance on Saturday so we arranged for me to take the train down on Monday to avoid another long drive. Keith met me at the station, the car was all cleaned and ready to go, the financing went without a hitch and I was on the road in an hour - in a very nice car.Thanks Keith, and White Plains Honda!! -kvbn
- Overall I had a pretty good experience working with the sales associates at White Plains Honda. They drive a hard bargain but were amenable to everything that I wanted as far as price and options. -pr2nyc

- I found this dealership through auto-trader, the car a bought from them was a Mercedes Benz which is not typically sold at honda dealerships. However my sales person Ms. Vargas was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very informative about the different features. She made the car buying process seamlessly easy and without stress from buying an expensive car. I would 100% go here again just for the sales people alone not just the competitive prices. -Kkapp855

- I just helped my daughter purchase a new CR-V from this dealership. I have purchased quite a few new cars over the years and this was the best experience by far. <br/><br/>I had done considerable research on compact SUVs and came to the dealership when the new 2012 CR-V was released. I explained to the salesman, Jack, how much trepidation my daughter was facing in buying her first car. He took considerable time listening to me, then going over every detail of the new model. When I brought my daughter to the dealership the following week, Jack again took a great deal of time to listen and explain everything and then take her on an extensive test drive. My daughter made her decision right on the spot and we arrived at a very fair price without haggling.<br/><br/>I have bought my previous cars in the Bronx and lower Westchester. I was surprised at the contrast of finding a dealership with a beautiful showroom and very upbeat atmosphere. It was obvious to me that the owner had invested in the showroom after thinking extensively about how to please customers and make a purchase decision as comfortable as possible.<br/><br/>Of course every purchase has its moments of drama and every new car will have its personality and tweaks. But we left with not only a new CR-V but with the confidence that the dealership will continue to take the very best of care of us.<br/><br/>Both my son and I will be in the market for new cars in a year and I plan to make this dealership my first stop.<br/><br/> -MJ
