- The dealership had me waiting for my Accord longer than the promised delivery date. It was frustrating, and a result of inventory issues due to the tsunami. It was understandable but the dealership could have done a better job explaining this and managing my expectations.However, Keith Alexander provided superlative service throughout the whole experience. He is a nice man, customer-service oriented, friendly, funny, honest and very concerned with his customers being treated fairly. Once the situation emerged, he worked pro-actively to keep in touch with me, get me information and ensure that the deliver problem got resolved as quickly and and smoothly as possible. I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda from from this dealership insist on working with Keith Alexander. A very nice man and he'll make you his priority. -burnsburr
