My Review of White Plains Honda:
Zeeshon did a great job communicating with us--via email, phone, and text before we came, and was patient, never pushy, friendly and professional when we came to see the car.

Summary: very responsive, accurate and reliable information; no game playing or pressure; friendly and professional atmosphere; very respectful (compared to other dealers I've been to!).

We also like the way Zeeshon and his manager/colleague Jerzy worked together. We spent alot of time mulling things over, and they never pushed for an answer, but were always ready with answers to our questions.

I had found the Honda Accord 03 on their website at midnight, and sent an email asking for more info. By the next morning--really, just hours later--I got a response. When I phoned, I spoke to Zeeshon who went out to the lot, found the car, took photos and texted them to me, gave me a very accurate description of what he saw, and immediately sent me the carfax on this and another car we were considering.

He almost sold the car over the telephone! he was specific, and accurate, nothing was embellished, but he showed the right level of enthusiasm for the good condition the car was in.

Throughout the day, he texted me answers to the questions we had. The next day, we drove to White Plains Honda. It is clean, friendly, professional, and Zeeshon got there early to make sure we got to do a thorough test drive.

They were fair with us on the pricing, sweetened the deal to make us comfortable, and were patient and available without pushing as we made the decision to buy the car.

There were a few items that both Jerzy and Zeeshon felt could be repaired as part of our purchase price, and we are going tomorrow morning to finish that. I expect it to be smooth.

Since our whole neighborhood was watching this car search go on---recent college grad buying first car with hard-earned savings--everyone is asking us where we got the car. Several thought it was new. We have recommended White Plains Honda and Zeeshon in particular at least five times already.

Count us pleased and grateful.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
My daughter and I went to look at used Hondas because we were considering replacing her 2008 2 door Honda Civic. The thing is that I thought that we could probably not do it since I owed more on the car than its book value and I really had no money to put down.
Lo and behold, Zeeshan Majid, Hamid Anwar and Bob Mancini made it happen and they even saved me money.
They answered all our questions and took the time to explain the financing portion in detail.
Thanks to Jerzy for letting me ride on the turbo model. I might consider trading in my VW Passat Wagon (1.8 T engine) for one of those in the future.
This is the fourth Honda we buy as a family.
It was a great learning experience.

I started on the internet seeking quotes for leasing a Honda. I received immediate quotes and answers to any questions I had. I went to White Plains Honda and met Steve who was more than accommodating by taking us out for a drive in a Pilot (the car I was interested in). Explaining all the details of the car and honoring the quote given to me through the internet. We took a few days to think about the deal and look elsewhere for cars and decided on the Honda Pilot. Steve was an excellent salesperson, showing interest in us by phoning us at home to keep us interested in the Pilot and giving us the option of colors and all the other details of the car. I thank Steve and White Plains Honda for all of their courteous service. It was a good experience and I would certainly recommend White Plains Honda.

The only problem was that the price quoted was based on super preferred credit. The salesman had it written on the paper but didn't explain that unless you have a high credit number the $199 price isn't available. Before giving any quote a credit check should be run so that the price is quoted based on your credit not the super preferred credit.

I have returned to buy 3 more Honda cars from this dealership based upon outstanding service, quality of the people whom I deal with, (trustworthy, honest, friendly, professional), and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The call service you use calls at late hours, is unfriendly in that they don't leave messages, and is generally irritating, so you might want to change this aggravating service or better train the phone people who call after you leave the dealership. This was a constant nuisance to me. I never knew what car or why they were calling late at night. This is highly unprofessional. Enhance you call service for customer satisfaction after the sell.

Honda Civic GX and FCX Clarity Retain California HOV Lane Access Until 2015

California drivers of the compressed natural gas (CNG) - powered Civic GX and zero-emissions FCX Clarity fuel cell electric vehicle will continue to have access to the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) highway lane until January 2015. The recently passed California Assembly Bill 1500 extends HOV lane access to Inherently Low Emission Vehicles (ILEV), which includes cars that are certified zero emission and CNG vehicles. Before the extension was passed, existing ILEV HOV access stickers were set to expire January 1, 2011. Under the new law an unlimited number of HOV lane access stickers will be issued to eligible ILEV vehicles. The law takes effect January 1, 2011.

Honda is the only OEM currently selling a dedicated CNG-powered vehicle designed and manufactured for retail sale in the United States. The 2010 Civic GX achieves an EPA-estimated city/highway fuel economy of 24/36* miles per gasoline-gallon equivalent and is the only vehicle certified by the EPA to meet both Federal Tier 2-Bin 2 and Inherently Low Emission Vehicle (ILEV) zero evaporative emission certification standards**. The Civic GX is available at 43 dealers in California and is priced at $25,340***.

Civic GX owners can refuel at numerous public stations around California as well as at home with a Phill natural gas home refueling appliance. Sold by BRC FuelMaker, Phill connects to a home's existing natural gas line and allows for convenient overnight fueling of the Civic GX.

The zero emissions, hydrogen powered FCX Clarity fuel cell electric vehicle is available for lease-only in Southern California. The sleek and modern sedan is propelled by an electric motor that runs on electricity generated in an on-board hydrogen fuel cell. The FCX Clarity's only emission is water, and its fuel efficiency is three times that of a modern gasoline-powered automobile and two times that of a gasoline-powered hybrid vehicle.

This was the first time I bought/leased a new car, and I found it to be a positive experience, where I am happy with the end result, which is a beautiful 2010 Honda Accord. When I first went to the White Plains Honda dealership, I went with 2 of my sisters and we were warmly greeted by the Sales Consultant, David Nausch. He was very professional and knowledgable about the different models, and gave us the bottom line pricing. When I came back to sign the contract and discussed financing with Gus, all the terms that I had expected were agreed upon. So, overall, it was a great experience. I am happy to be driving a Honda Accord, as it is known for its reliability and can comfortably seat 5 people.
