White Plains Honda - Two Positive Reviews on DealerRater

Recently bought a 2012 Honda Fit for a good /fair price. Keith was wonderful and the atmosphere at the dealership was professional yet friendly. I had to wait a couple of days for the car to come in and it arrived on time and Keith kept me informed via email. Very prompt! -magneto
I was looking for a 2008-2009 Honda CRV that had between 20,000-40,000 miles on it. I had went to other dealerships prior to White Plains Honda, but found the service at White Plains Honda to be excellent. Keith was very friendly, willing to work with our budget and what we were looking for and was a great listener. He was very patient with us and overall, the overall experience was great. Regarding my salesman, Alex Vargas, handsome young man, great smile, very well mannered and polite. In showing the Accord, he explained the car in detail and with ease. Answered all questions. Made it a very comfortable sale. Regarding my Delivery Coordinator, Tiffany Supple, lovely young women, very polite, she walked us through the interior of the car with ease. In how to navigate the radio, to the heated seats, climate control of the drivers side, and the passenger side, she helped us set up the blue tooth, made it so easy. We walked away from this sale of the car knowing all we needed to know about our new car, and would recommend this dealership and the two sales people that helped us to all our friends and family. -Accord5

From the moment my wife and I walked and net Adalberto Rodriguez to the final portion of the transaction with Brandi Robison, well this was one of, if not the best experience I've ever had getting a new vehicle. Mr. Rodriguez went above and beyond to get us the deal we could aford....all without the nonsense that other local dealers have put us through. No intimidation, or pressure. He wanted us to get the best possible deal and did we ever. Also Nelson and well as Kurt in finance were professional along with a personal touch. Bravo to this dealership!
