Both Keith and Gustavo were honest, professional and trust-worthy. They treated me with respect and offered me a good deal. Both gentlemen are an asset to the dealership. I plan to recommend my friends and family to both of these individuals. -mbandoo
We found our car on the web and called to make an appointment to see the car on Sat. between 12-1. We were a little late so called to say it would be more around 1:30. The person we had spoken with turned out to be only a receptionist so was not the salesperson - but we were met by Keith and he found us on the computer. It turned out that in the mean time some other sales person was about to show the car to their customers! When this was discovered, Jonathan, the manager stepped in and said that we had driven 80 miles to look at this car - of course we could look first. Felt bad for these folks but lucky for us.
It turned out we were unable to stay long enough, or get the insurance on Saturday so we arranged for me to take the train down on Monday to avoid another long drive. Keith met me at the station, the car was all cleaned and ready to go, the financing went without a hitch and I was on the road in an hour - in a very nice car.

Overall I had a pretty good experience working with the sales associates at White Plains Honda. They drive a hard bargain but were amenable to everything that I wanted as far as price and options. -pr2nyc
