Linkin Park Unveils Customized Honda Civic Si Coupe at House of Blues Fan Club Show and Announces Power The World Pledge
Last Friday before an intimate fan-club only show in Los Angeles, Linkin Park unveiled a Honda Civic Si Coupe and CBR250R Motorcycle they personally customized and autographed to be displayed at every stop on the upcoming Honda Civic Tour.
Following the unveiling, the band asked their supporters and people worldwide to sign a pledge in support of Sustainable Energy For All. The pledge is available for digital signature at powertheworld.org. The goal is to get as many signatures as possible by June 19th, when Music For Relief will deliver it to Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon during the UN Conference on Sustainable Development, better known as Rio+20. Linkin Park and Music For Relief's 'Power The World' campaign asks fans to use their voice to support Sustainable Energy For All, by signing a pledge to help the 1.3 billion people worldwide who have no access to electricity. One example of the clean energy solutions Power The World will highlight on the upcoming Honda Civic Tour is the Solar Suitcase from non-profit partner WE CARE Solar. The WE CARE Solar Suitcase brings lights, power and hope to health facilities in regions without reliable electricity. - The entire experience was just FANTASTIC! From the moment my brother(the “expert” I brought in) and I walked in, Alex(Salesman) was very friendly, and helpful, I was determined to be the worst customer they ever had, but failed to annoy him in any way-- even though, I had a BUT and WHY to everything he did or say. He was wonderful! Alex and Paul Vilca(General Sales Manager)asked very specific and non-invasive questions to determine what the best choice for me would be, which, I now, truly appreciate.
I was more on the “saving more” and “spending less” state of mind while Alex and Paul were on the “trust me this is the right choice for you” approach, I am glad I did LISTEN, I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX L, with leather seats, sunroof, and navigation(THANK YOU SO MUCH PAUL!) I WAS RELUCTANT TO SPEND ON NAVIGATION( even though I get lost even following the GPS) The navigation system my new Civic has should be called “Navigation for Dummies” it just can’t get easier than that! Brandi, didn’t have to spend much time showing me how to use all the luxuries my Civic has, and that is because such luxuries are very user friendly. The team took care of my biggest concern-monthly payment-they made sure it would be within my budget and truly gave me more than what I thought that amount could buy, guys you exceeded my expectations. My little girl and I are thrilled with our new car, YES! I would highly and gladly recommend WHITE PLAINS HONDA to friends, family or complete strangers for that matter—if it means they too will have the same big smile I now have after purchasing from them. 2012 Honda CR-Z Sport Hybrid Coupe Recognized by USAA as a Best Value
The Honda CR-Z rose to the top in the coupe category, recognized for offering best-in-class EPA fuel economy ratings, achieving the "Top Safety Pick" designation from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and offering reasonable maintenance and ownership costs.

- First off I would like to say she was a magnificent sales consultant. The hospitality I received was amazing, and so often she would offer a beverage, and her attitude is very respectful and made me feel right at home. She was very friendly and provided great customer service. She explained in detail what the SUV has to offer. She was so convincing that the SUV was such a good fit for me, what do you know I walked out of the dealership with the car. The price was very reasonable and I must say I had the car for three days now and I love it, everything she said I would love about it, I did. Honda Announces Leviton as Preferred Electric Vehicle Charging Solution

Honda will be introducing two battery-electric vehicles beginning with the 2013 Honda Fit EV this summer, and the Honda Accord Plug-In Hybrid Sedan next winter. The 2013 Honda Fit EV battery-electric commuter car, based on the popular Fit, targets an estimated 123 city-mile range per charge (76 mile range combined adjusted city/highway)1 and can fully recharge its battery in as little as three hours when connected to a 240-volt circuit. The Honda Plug-In Hybrid Sedan uses an all-new, two-motor hybrid system which continuously moves through three different modes - all-electric, with up to a 15 mile per charge range; gasoline-electric; and direct-drive - to maximize driving and fuel efficiency, especially during city driving.
