My Review of White Plains Honda:
This was the best experience i ever had with a car dealership! All the people i met were went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
My salesperson, Donna, gave me great customer service & a great price.
I would definitely recommend White Plains Honda to anyone who is in the market for a new car.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
The only problem was that the price quoted was based on super preferred credit. The salesman had it written on the paper but didn't explain that unless you have a high credit number the $199 price isn't available. Before giving any quote a credit check should be run so that the price is quoted based on your credit not the super preferred credit.

Stephen Viturini and his female assistant were very friendly and accomodating. I am very pleased with White Plains Honda as I have over the many years I have leased from them. Robin the saleswomen was beyond belief and was totally responsible on sealing the deal

It was a great experience. Jordan was incredibly helpful with the whole process. He was patience with all of my questions and pricing options that I asked for him to lay out for me. It was a great experience and I will be coming back for my future car. Aleza was awesome too. Everyone made me feel welcomed. Overall it was a good experience.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
I have returned to buy 3 more Honda cars from this dealership based upon outstanding service, quality of the people whom I deal with, (trustworthy, honest, friendly, professional), and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The call service you use calls at late hours, is unfriendly in that they don't leave messages, and is generally irritating, so you might want to change this aggravating service or better train the phone people who call after you leave the dealership. This was a constant nuisance to me. I never knew what car or why they were calling late at night. This is highly unprofessional. Enhance you call service for customer satisfaction after the sell.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
When i walked inside the dealership, Dave (I can't spell his last name) immediately came up to me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted an accord coupe black fully loaded! He brought me outside and showed me the car I've been looking for. Dave was great he did everything he could to get me to buy that car, it was a great day! On the day I picked up my car Aleza Horowitz was exceptionally helpful and friendly when it came to doing the final paper work. Thank you white plains Honda for all your help, I hope we can do business again in the future!
